Your Own Personal Shopper business
hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Service
area includes most of Fulton and Montgomery Counties. Services requested outside of service area subject to
approval, and may incur additional premium.
Mileage is
charged at $0.40 per mile after 20 miles free round trip.
Your Own Personal Shopper
accepts payments by check, money order and cash.
Client will be charged a fee
of $25.00 for any returned check.
A minimum of 24 hours notice
is required for all service requests. Same day service requests
may incur additional fee of $10.00. Rush Service requests (3
hours or less) will incur additional fee of $25.00.
Service requested outside of
regular business hours will be subject to approval, and staff
availability, and will be billed a convenience fee of $10.00 per
hour, in addition to the regular hourly rate.
Your Own Personal Shopper
fees are for Concierge and Errand services only, and do not
include costs of goods or services charged by third party
vendors related to a Client request.

Errand and shopping service
accomplishment time frames depend on location of service request
destinations, traffic flow, and length of waiting lines. Our
Clients can always depend on our Staff to accomplish tasks and
errands in the most timely manner possible.
Cancellation of service
request(s) requires a 24 hour notice, by telephone/voicemail.
Less than 24 hours notice may incur a convenience fee. If no
notice is given, Client will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Your Own Personal Shopper
reserve the right to refuse
service to any person, at any time.
Your Own Personal Shopper
reserve the right to refuse any service request that we deem
illegal, immoral, unethical or dangerous to any Staff member,
Client, or any other person.
Your Own Personal Shopper
will not at any time sell or exchange Client information to
outside sources.
Your Own Personal Shopper
offers our Clients a satisfaction guarantee on all services
rendered. If you are not satisfied with a service request
completed by Your Own Personal Shopper,
we will gladly refund the amount of the fee charged for the
service request, or credit the Client account with the amount of
the fee charged for the service request. Any request for refund
or account credit must be made by telephone or email within 48
hours of the completed request. |
